SMS invite workaround: send Streem call invitations via "Link & Code" method

Instead of inviting a customer via an SMS message (i.e. the "Send SMS" method), Experts always have the choice to use the "Link & Code" invite method. "Link & Code" invites allow Experts to copy a link or an invite code and send this to their customer via any communication platform.
