Using the StreemShot® Editor after a Call

After completing a Streem Call, as the Expert you can click any StreemShot you took during your call to open, view, and edit it. This article explains how to use the StreemShot editing feature. Jump to a section below:

Getting to the Edit Feature

After a Streem Call, click any StreemShot to view it in your full browser window. Then, click the blue Edit button in the top right corner to enter editing mode.

Once in edit mode, you're able to crop, markup, rotate, and annotate the StreemShot. After editing, be sure to click 'Done' in order to save your artwork! If you need to share the photo to your customer or someone in your company, click the share button next to the blue x button, and copy the link to send out.

Crop

Use the Crop feature to cut out unwanted parts of a Streemshot or make your photo or make your photo more focused. Click and drag the box around the area of the photo you want to keep. Click 'Apply' to save the crop.

Rotate

If your photo needs to be rotated, you can simply click the rotation button in edit mode to turn it 90 degrees. You can click it multiple times to turn it multiple times.

Annotation

You can add text and mark up your StreemShot to add clarity and additional information to the photo to make it more useful for yourself. Click either button and simply begin marking up the photo!

Undoing, Saving and Sharing

In the bottom right corner of the StreemShot you are editing, you will find three buttons: Undo, Revert all changes, and Done:

• Undo: Deleted previous change
• Revert all changes: Clears every edit to the photo at once
• Done: Click this to save

If you need to share the photo to your customer or someone in your company, click the share button (3 dots connected by 2 lines) next to the blue x button, and copy the link to send out.
