Streem invitations are valid for one hour or until used (whichever happens first).

  1. Make sure your customer is using the latest invitation link you've sent them rather than an older one. If the problem persists, try sending them a new invitation.
  2. If new invites sent via SMS aren't going through, see Customer doesn't get the SMS invite.

 


 

If you've tried everything above and the problem still persists, our Support team would love to lend a hand. Please gather some information so we can look into the problem on our end:

  • Your customer's phone number or the invitation link you sent them
  • The reference ID you entered on the invitation, if any
  • The approximate time you sent the invitation
