To make Streem interactive video calls, Streem needs your permission to access your camera and microphone. If these permissions have been denied in the past, you might be unable to see or hear each other — or the customer might receive an error message such as:
"It looks like we do not have permissions to access your camera or microphone. Tap the icon on the left of the address and ensure that camera and microphone are set to allow and not blocked."
To correct the problem, follow these steps.
- Open the Settings app and select Apps & notifications.
- Select Chrome from the list of recently opened apps.
- Select Permissions.
- Make sure Camera and Microphone are enabled.
