It’s easy to get started with Streem, but you’ll need an invite from your service provider or brand.
Some customers schedule a Streem chat ahead of time and some call centers can switch to a video chat in the middle of a phone call. Either way, your service rep invites you to Streem with an SMS/Text message.
Tap the link in the SMS message to open your enhanced video session in your mobile web browser. Approve camera and microphone permissions and the Streem session will connect you with your rep; using two-way audio and one-way video.
