If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- In a browser, go to your company's unique workspace URL, which can be found in your Welcome Email (i.e. yourcompany.streempro.app)
- Click "Forgot your password?”
- You will be prompted to enter your email address, and a password reset email will be mailed to you.
- An email will be sent from noreply@streem.pro to your inbox shortly after. Follow the prompts in that email to reset your password
If for any reason you do not receive your password reset email or otherwise have trouble logging in, please submit a ticket to our support team for help.
