How do I Reset my Password?
If you've forgotten your password or just have trouble logging in, follow these steps to reset it:
- In a browser, go to your company's unique workspace URL, which can be found in your Welcome Email (i.e. yourcompany.streempro.app)
Click "Forgot your password?” next to the Log in button
You will be prompted to enter your email address. Do so and click submit, and a password reset email will be sent to you
- The email will be sent from noreply@streem.pro to your inbox shortly after. Follow the prompts in that email to finish resetting your password
